A very cozy cave hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to Urgup, where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. The whole hotel compound is spacious, there are areas where we can just sit down and enjoy the scenery. Room is spacious and clean. However, we can’t adjust the heater, so it was quite warm at night. Another “problem” is, there were some small sand falling from the ceiling. However it is not a big deal, we just need to dust them off. In fact, it made our cave hotel experience more exotic. The staffs are very warm and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with them. You can feel that they are very sincere and kind. We also love the hotel dog Lemon. He is very gentle and loving. The overall stay in Dere Suite was excellent. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has everything to make it stunning, it is in a fabulous position and the suite was huge, the bed was comfy. However, the rooms were below the restaurant, every scrape of every chair was heard, several times you couldn't hear your own conversation for the noise above. The huge bathroom was in need of renovation, the tap was broken on one of the sinks, in order to operate the jacuzzi bath, you had to get in it to turn the taps on as the taps had been fitted far side against the wall. The shower heads were limed and sprayed every way but down. It was also a bit chilly, the heating was not on. We were sadly disappointed as we'd been staying at their other hotel and that was far cheaper and much nicer, but had to move as they were booked after 2 nights. İf staying here I would request another room if allocated 301!

just left the hotel this afternoon with a heavy heart. BECAUSE IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. The hotel is amazing, first time staying in a cave house. The bed is comfortable, they even put an extra bed next to a window, had a nap there with a warm sunlight peeked out. The decoration and the lighting is perfect, not too bright, not too dark. The jacuzzi is top notch. When you arrived there, find a beautiful woman named Fifi (or Vivi, i don’t know her name spelling) She was really sweet, and kind. Definitely will be back for with a group of friends or family

This place is just beautiful. I have rated 4 stars due to great location and super friendly attentive staff. The let downs were the room smells like mould, basin is rotting, spa bath only works as a bath (jet button not working) no air-conditioning or fans and the wifi is extremely slow. The restaurant is amazing for the included buffet breakfast with heaps of tasty options, but the dinners are overpriced and average. Also book tours outside of the hotel or they will rip you off! I paid double for a horse riding tour through the hotel rather than direct.

We stayed in Dere Suites for 1 night and it was an amazing cave suite experience. The host was nice to upgrade us. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, the dessert excellent and breakfast spread delicious. The room was cozy and warm, the hot bath amazing after a cold day out. All in all it was an excellent stay 😊

The Internet connection is very very bad the worst. The breakfast is minimal not so many options to choose from. The only good thing about this hotel the rooms vintage style and the staff.

One of the best hotel I've ever been. The room is good, pretty big, but I think the heater is a bit weak(?) And there's a lot of dust on the wall. It's not a big deal, except you have allergies. Breakfast pretty good. What I totally love from this hotel is they're care for animals. They have a lot of pets, two dogs and much cats. One of the dog, Limo, followed us everywhere, until she slept in our room. She waited for us in front of our room, and I went running with her in the morning. That's cute..
